Stainless steel 440C is currently the most high-end bearing inner and outer ring material in China, with excellent comprehensive performance.


Bearing steel is currently domestic common bearing inner and outer ring material, general performance, the company has been phased out at present.


Imported tolon material is high temperature and corrosion resistant material, which can be disinfected at 180 C. It is the most top cage material in China at present.


Rubber is the mainstream material at present. It can be sterilized at 135 degree C at high temperature. It is the high-end cage material in China.


Stainless steel 304 cage is the best material for low-speed bearings in China. It can resist high temperature and corrosion as bearing cage with a speed of about 30,000 rpm.


Nylon cage as a low-end material, the company has stopped using.


The ceramic balls used by the company are imported zirconia gray-white spheres. The quality of the ceramic balls is much higher than that of ordinary silicon oxide ceramic balls. They are also higher than similar white and black spheres. They are the most advanced ceramic balls in the domestic market at present.


Stainless steel 440C ball is a high-end material for low-speed mobile phone bearings. Its performance is higher than that of ordinary 304 stainless steel. It has higher hardness and wear resistance.
